• He also worked as a foreign associate in Chadbourne & Parke LLP, New York, United States, during 1998.
• Prior to the creation of BBGS Abogados, Claudio worked in recognized law firms, where he advised companies, banks and financial institutions, both Chilean and foreign, in the acquisition and sale of companies, equity offerings in Chile and United States and debt offerings in international markets.
• His experience also includes aircraft financing and leasing, bilateral and international syndicated credit agreements.

• He was Senior Legal Manager of LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (2004-2013), Lawyer of Citibank in Chile (2000-2004) and Lawyer in Financial Corporation Atlas S.A. (1995-1999).
• Likewise, as a lawyer, he joined the law firm Shearman & Sterling as an International Associate in New York, USA (2002-2003).
