Alejandro Bayón de Brigard advises both domestic and international clients on family matters and estate planning, as well as on corporate, foreign exchange, and compliance-related issues.

He has experience assisting clients and families in various disputes arising from family relationships and interactions.

Alejandro holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and is currently pursuing a Specialization in Family Law at the same institution. He serves as a Teaching Assistant for the Civil Law – Succession Law course and is a member of the Family Law Research Group.

He has participated in research projects that have resulted in academic publications, including the article “Family Law Notes: Between Error and Success in Family Wealth Management” by Yadira Elena Alarcón Palacio, published in Family Wealth Management, Volume II by the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law.
