He has extensive experience in Labor, Individual and Collective Law, Labor Procedure, Occupational Safety and Health and Administrative Law.

He is a lawyer from the University of San Martin de Porres and has a Specialization in Labor Law and Occupational Health and Safety from the same University. She is currently pursuing a professional career in Administration and Human Resources at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC).
