Our team has a recognized track record in national and transnational insolvency procedures, as well as insolvency procedures of natural persons and in the support of our clients in the restructuring of their assets and negotiation of liabilities.

2. Advice and representation, both for debtors and creditors, in judicial liquidation or private liquidation procedures.
