Carlos Aldair Ortiz Palomino provides advice on various legal conflicts in labor matters, related to the management of the internal labor relationship, internal labor audits, management of safety and health at work, as well as in the initiation, development and conclusion of judicial and administrative processes.

He has experience in consulting, management and conclusion of administrative sanctioning procedures.

He is a lawyer from the University of San Martín de Porres and has a master's degree in Public Management from the San Ignacio de Loyola University.  He has completed several specialization courses in corporate labor law at ESAN Graduate School of Business.

He was invited as academic director for the Model United Nations at the Universidad del Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain and has participated as president of the Model United Nations commission at the Universidad Privada Domingo Savio in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
