Carlos Saco-Vertiz Tudela is a Founding Partner and Director of BBGS Abogados Peru, Saco-Vertiz & Landerer.

He has more than thirty-eight years of experience providing legal advice and assistance to national and foreign companies that have been and are clients of the Firms in which he has belonged as a lawyer, associate lawyer, partner and founding partner.

Throughout his career, he has practiced law in the practice areas of civil, commercial, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, insurance, capital markets and aeronautics.

He is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has a PAD Specialization Course from the University of Piura.

He has been a Professor at the Universidad del Pacífico and Universidad de Lima. He is and has been a Member of the Board of Directors of prestigious companies in the Insurance and Retail sectors.

He has been recognized by important international legal directories as a leading lawyer in the areas of capital markets, banking and finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions and aeronautical operations.
