He advises different companies of Grupo Intercorp, in Peru, mitigating the contingencies of claims and complaints filed by their clients before the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property - INDECOPI.   He is one of the lawyers frequently consulted by newspaper "El Comercio" to provide legal opinion on the issues of his specialty.

He is a lawyer from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He specialized in Unfair Competition and Advertising Regulation at Universidad del Pacífico, as well as various courses in Administrative Law, Free Competition and Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers.
