Carlos Aldair Ortiz Palomino provides advice on various legal disputes in labor matters, related to the management of the internal labor relationship, internal labor audits, management of safety and occupational health, as well as in the initiation, development and conclusion of judicial and administrative proceedings.

He has experience in consulting, management and conclusion of administrative sanctioning procedures.

He is a lawyer from Universidad de San Martín de Porres and he is pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Management at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.  He has completed several specialization courses in corporate labor law at ESAN Graduate School of Business.

He was invited as academic director for the Model United Nations at Universidad del Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain and has participated as president of the Model United Nations commission at Universidad Privada Domingo Savio in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
