Diego González Leiva advises different local and foreign companies, in both commercial and corporate law matters, as well as in complex financing and M&A transactions.

He has more than 10 years of professional experience advising companies in different fields on commercial and corporate law matters. He also advises local and foreign entities in complex cross-border M&A and financing transactions, as well as in the negotiation and implementation of contracts, commercial agreements, purchase and sale, sale & leaseback, loans, syndicated loans, guarantee agreements, among others.

 

He is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He holds an LLM in Law and Economics from Queen Mary University of London. He completed various in-depth courses in corporate and financial matters at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
