Felipe Ignacio Montoya Aguilera is a litigation lawyer in civil and commercial trials and arbitrations, public works concessions, infrastructure, construction and engineering projects, consumer protection law and other matters.

He is a lawyer graduated with honors from Universidad de Chile and holds a Master's Degree in Law with a major in Private Law from the same University.
