Fernando Garcia de Luca has been Managing Partner of BBGS Abogados Mexico Garcia Velasco / Garcia de Luca since 1998.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience.  Before founding the Firm, he worked with renowned firm LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & Mac Rae LLP in the New York and London offices.  He was also a Foreign Associate in the stock and corporate area in the New York offices of law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.

Fernando is a lawyer from Universidad Panamericana, and holds a Master's Degree in Tax Law from the same University. He attended a course at the International English Center at University of Colorado, Boulder, and a course in communications from Collegiom Superiorum Studiorum Christi Legionis in Rome, Italy.

On several opportunities, he has served as Professor in Master’s Degree courses.
