Eduardo Landerer Sánchez has been a Senior Partner at BBGS Abogados Peru, Saco-Vertiz & Landerer since 2012.  He develops his practice in the structuring, preparation and legal analysis of financing contracts, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations of companies, corporate financing schemes and institutional advice to large companies in the national and international markets.

He began his professional practice at Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo (Peru) and at the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFPs. Later, he was part of the legal teams of Banco BBVA and Muñiz, Ramírez, Perez Taimán & Olaya Abogados. He has been a director of Grupo Coril Sociedad Titularizadora, Caja Rural Prymera, Profinanzas, Caja Rural Señor de Luren, Caja Metropolitana de Lima, among other entities.

He is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has been a professor on several occasions.  He has authored multiple publications.
