Fiama Lizeth Fajardo Grillo provides advice on legal matters related to Consumer Protection, Intellectual Property, Copyright and Personal Data Protection.

She is responsible for administrative proceedings for oppositions and complaints for infringement of trademarks and copyrights, as well as consumer protection procedures. She is also in charge of legal analysis in matters related to advertising, commercial promotions and domain name registration. Fiama Lizeth prepares legal opinion reports on national and international Intellectual Property regulations.

She is a specialist in privacy and personal data protection, including regulatory compliance issues. She represents clients in administrative proceedings initiated by the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data and in the response to requests for the exercise of ARCO rights.

She has more than twelve years of professional experience. She has worked in the public sector, at the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property – INDECOPI, in financial consumer protection matters.

She is a lawyer from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She completed an International Course on Data Protection, becoming certified as an Expert in Personal Data Protection at the Institute of Audit & IT – Governance.
