Jacinta de Toro Bravo advises clients on matters related to Corporate and Aviation Law, including the drafting and review of contracts, the preparation of corporate documents and advice on aviation regulatory matters.

She has experience in structuring aircraft acquisition operations, as well as the preparation and review of aircraft purchase, lease and loan agreements. In corporate matters, she has experience in matters of drafting and reviewing contracts and preparing corporate documents.

She is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes. She attended a Legal English in-depth course and holds a Minor in Twentieth Century History.
