Jorge Alberto Zuñiga Rodríguez is a Senior Associate specialized in Corporate, Real Estate, Financial and Civil Law.  His practice focuses on the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial, real estate, and financial contracts. He provides legal advice on corporate, registry and real estate consultations, as well as Due Diligence processes.

He has actively participated in the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the development of the new airport in Lima. He has also participated in the execution of important Due Diligence processes and in the facilitation of mergers and acquisitions operations.

He is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He was an active member of the Commercial Law Team of the Faculty of Law of the same University, where he participated in the Publications Commission. He is currently a candidate for a Master's Degree in Strategic Business Administration (MBA) at CENTRUM, belonging to the same University. Jorge Alberto has an International Diploma in Corporate Law from the Business School of Universidad ESAN and has participated in specialization programs in Law and New Technologies, as well as in Sports Law, both offered by the Faculty of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
