Juan Pablo Ovalle Vial advises clients on the drafting and execution of service contracts in general, and also represents clients in judicial and arbitration cases.

He has 30 years of professional experience in the areas indicated above and has participated in the drafting of various service contracts for Maquinarias y Servicios S.A. with Cristalerías Chile S.A., Logística S.A. with Carozzi S.A. and Logística S.A. with Adecco, among others.

He provided professional advice to the personnel of mining company Punta del Cobre S.A. in the renegotiation of their personal debts with financial and commercial entities (hired by the mining company).

He collaborated in the Due Diligence of companies Ecom Energía Chile S.p.A. and Ecom Generación S.p.A., within the acquisition process by Empresas Lipigas.

He holds a degree in Legal and Social Sciences and a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
