He has more than 24 years of professional experience providing legal and judicial advice to various national and international recognized companies, law firms, Customs Agencies and State Administration Bodies, both at a strategic level and regarding crisis management.

Juan Pablo is a lawyer from Universidad de Los Andes. He holds a Master's Degree in Administrative and Tax Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.  He holds a Diploma in Tax Analysis and Planning from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Diploma in Administrative Law from ACAGUE, Chile and a Diploma in Crisis Management in Prospective Analysis in Theory and Methods of Political Analysis ACANAV.

He was a Customs Agent and is a graduate of the Master's Degree in Integrated Political Science, ACANAV. He completed the Course of International Humanitarian Law at the International Institute of Humanitarian Law, San Remo, Italy.  He has completed Training Courses in Public Procurement, Contracting and Electronic Signature and in Operational Law.
