Alejandra Diez Infante provides advice in corporate, commercial and marketing areas, to leading market and large companies, specializing in financial and real estate matters.

She has more than 30 years of experience advising prestigious companies in different and important activities such as leading a Marketing Club project bearing a total of 3000 traditional clients, with growth rates of 20% compounded during the period; she has also been in charge of the coordination of the CSS (Consumer & Customer Service System) process during 1999 that resulted in the redefinition of sales and distribution systems and cost reduction; the design of value programs for clients such as Grupo Embonor with the aim of minimizing the impact of low-price brands; the preparation of pricing and packaging architectures for each channel, in conjunction with the bottling system, through price and packaging elasticity studies, reducing the number of SKUs per channel; the development of tools for the control of salespeople performance.
