María Alejandra Neira Fuentes provides legal advice in court and arbitration proceedings. She provides legal assistance and has participated in conciliation, arbitration and judicial hearings in contentious, administrative and civil matters, among others. Likewise, she works in the analysis and preparation of legal opinions in specialized consultations regarding matters related to state contracting and binding regulations.
She has more than nine years of professional experience in public procurement and procedural matters in companies, law firms, advice to the Peruvian State in the Attorney General's Office, Executive Branch, inspection and bodies in charge of public procurement, among others.
She is a lawyer from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, specialized in Compliance and good corporate practices, and in Multi-Year Programming and Investment Project Formulation.
She is Co-author of the Jurisprudential Report No. 1 published in the Peruvian Legal Information System – SPIJ, by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, 2017 and Author of the Article "From the Global Competitiveness Report 2015-2016 – FEM. Challenges for the competitiveness of Infrastructure in Peru", published in the Economic Report of Construction No. 7, 2016.
