Maritza Alexandra Guerrero Jiménez advises national and international clients from various sectors, such as hotels, cinemas, schools, bookmakers, insurance companies, among others.  She also advises clients in the retail and consumer sectors, in the areas of corporate and real estate law.

She has over 20 years of professional experience.  She has participated in the preparation of Due Diligence reports in acquisition deals for renowned companies, such as Supermercados Santa Isabel S.A., today Supermercados Peruanos S.A., and Consorcio Educativo, among others.

She is a lawyer from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. She holds an International Diploma in Corporate Law from Universidad ESAN. She completed the Courses of Trust Design, Business Law and Corporate Compliance of the Specialization Program for Executive Officers in Corporate Law at Universidad ESAN.

She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Finance and Corporate Law at Universidad ESAN.
