Ximena Raby Biggs advises clients on the planning, preparation and implementation of Crime Prevention Models.  She also participates in the updating of these models to adapt them to the requirements of Law 21595.  She serves as a Compliance Officer for Empresas Lipigas.

She is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Human Resources from The University of Sydney, Australia. She has developed several specialization courses in Compliance, Labor Law, Negotiation and Mediation, including a diploma in the latter subject.  She was awarded the Chile Advanced Human Capital Scholarship in 2010 to pursue graduate studies.
