Rubén Arturo Ruiz Ortiz has more than five years of experience in civil, corporate and financial law. His professional practice focuses on the advice and structuring of financing operations, contractual analysis and negotiation, banking regulation and legal analysis of real estate assets.

He has participated in multiple contractual and financing transactions related to the acquisition and incorporation of companies and real estate, development of commercial and residential construction projects, with emphasis on complex negotiations of agreements and commercial contracts of companies in the retail, betting, hotel and banking sectors.

He is a collegiate lawyer with a degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with a Second Specialization in Real Estate and Registry Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

He has been a member of the Direct Board of Directors of the Civil Association THĒMIS – PUCP Law Review and is currently a member of the Lima Bar Association.
