He has extensive experience in Labor, Individual and Collective Law, Labor Procedure, Occupational Health and Safety and Administrative Law.

He is a lawyer from Universidad de San Martin de Porres and has a Specialization in Labor Law and Occupational Health and Safety from the same University. He is currently pursuing a professional career in Administration and Human Resources at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).
