Cristóbal Andrés Pacheco Maregatti advises on litigation and arbitration in civil, administrative litigation and insolvency matters, both in Chile and abroad.
He worked as a lawyer in the State Defense Council, a state body that represents the Chilean Treasury, through court and out-of-court actions, and legally advises government institutions.
