David Beltrán Castañeda advises companies in the real sector and non-profit entities in the planning and implementation of Compliance programs (SAGRILAFT and PTEE).  He also advises private clients on real estate transactions and structuring of estate planning.

He has experience in structuring legal businesses, drafting and reviewing commercial and civil contracts, providing support in estate planning and Notary-related matters, as well as in corporate governance matters.

David is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a major on International Commercial Law and Insurance Law. He completed the Legal Diploma in M&A and Corporate Transactions at Universidad de Los Andes and attended the course Understanding Economic Regulation in the European Union at Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid, Universidad de Sevilla and Corvinus University of Budapest.
