In our M&A area, we are convinced that these type of commercial operations must be led by a team of specialized lawyers, whose mission is to strengthen the client's negotiating position and, of course, optimize and ensure the operation in the best legal terms for the client, so that their objectives are met. 01. Due diligence (preparation and performance, as well as preparation of the report with the results of the process, explaining the legal diagnosis and the conclusions and recommendations).
