The area is responsible for the structuring of all types of operations related to real estate, as well as projects development and construction. Among others, this area focuses on the provision of the following services:
01. Advice on the constitution of autonomous real estate assets and trusts for the administration of real estate projects.
02. Advice on matters related to condominium property, condominium property regulations, and good governance regulations and codes.
03. Advice on the structuring and constitution of trust properties and trusts tailored to the real estate project being carried out.
04. Advice on all types of real estate negotiations, especially those related to lease agreements, leasing, concession, property purchase agreements, among others.
