Juan Felipe Forero Correa provides advice on business-related structuring and contractual negotiation, as well as support to carry out advertising campaigns, audiovisual productions, regulation of personal data and use of image.

He has extensive experience in financial innovation.  Juan Felipe worked in the Legal Innovation Department of Banco Davivienda, where he structured technological integration projects with different Fintechs and supported the structuring of cooperation projects between the Bank and different companies. In turn, he reviewed different sponsorships carried out by the Bank to promote innovation and new talents hand in hand with the regulation of Habeas Data.

Juan Felipe is a lawyer with a major in Private Law from Universidad del Rosario.  He has a Specialization in Business Law from Universidad de los Andes. He took courses in Entertainment Law at Universidad de los Andes, the Copyright Course at the DNDA and the Legal English for Business Course at Universidad de los Andes.

He was a member of the International Arbitration Incubator of Universidad del Rosario and a member of the Intellectual Property and Personal Data Research Incubator in the Legal Vice-Presidency of Banco Davivienda.
