Jorge Echeverría Bambach advises clients in the energy industry on project development, negotiation of real estate contracts, negotiation of construction, operation and maintenance contracts, general corporate aspects, legal due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and financing. He also advises clients from diverse industries on general corporate and contract matters.

He has 10 years of professional experience. He participated in the creation of the Rockville Solar Energy Investment Fund, as well as its acquisition of a portfolio comprising 20 solar projects, its financing and sale in early 2023. This portfolio was worth USD 150 million.

Jorge is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a Master's Degree in Business Law, graduated with honors from Universidad de Los Andes. He has Diplomas in Natural Resources and Environment, Mergers and Acquisitions and in Commercial and Business Partnerships from Universidad de Los Andes.
