Laura Arboleda Arboleda is Director of the Labor and Immigration Area of BBGS Abogados Colombia.  She advises national and international companies in the management of their individual and collective labor relations. She also carries out the immigration processes of workers, for clients and their family groups.

She holds 10 years of professional experience. Laura has successfully handled court cases related to constitutional and legal jurisdictions. She has participated in corporate transactions involving the transition of more than 600 workers, with the consequent adjustment of jobs and business reorganization.

She is a lawyer from Universidad del Rosario.  She completed her undergraduate studies with a 100% scholarship in recognition of her academic excellence. She completed a Master's Degree in Labor Legal Advice and Consulting from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Specialization in Labor Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
