Manuela Alejandra Guzmán Suárez advises domestic and foreign clients on corporate and compliance matters, as well as on mergers and acquisitions, and on the structuring and implementation of new businesses.

She has professional experience in business, corporate and financial law.  Specifically, she holds expertise in the advice on planning, structuring, and execution of projects for the purchase and sale of shares, assets, mergers and spin-offs of companies, as well as the implementation of good corporate practices.

She is a lawyer from Universidad del Rosario with a major in Commercial Law and International Law. She is currently pursuing a Specialization in Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
