Mario Eduardo Chacón Borja is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration area of BBGS Abogados Peru. 

​

His professional practice focuses on advising clients in national and international arbitrations mainly linked to the construction, hydrocarbons, telecommunications sectors, among others. He has also participated in advising on multiple judicial processes in civil, commercial and administrative litigation matters.

​

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and has completed specialization courses in international commercial and investment arbitration.

​

He was part of the arbitration team of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos that won first place in the (i) Moot Mexico 2020, (ii) National Arbitration Tournament 2022, (iii) Pre-moot Peru 2023, and (iv) XVI International Arbitration Competition 2023.
