Pablo Olivera Del Castillo advises companies on matters of Individual and Collective Labor Law, in tasks of a procedural and administrative nature, referring to the management of processes in all judicial instances, proposing defense and lawsuit schemes, as well as continuous advice in inspection procedures.
 
He has twenty years of professional experience advising public and private companies on consulting and Due Diligence issues, consulting on collective bargaining in mining companies and defending arbitration awards.

 

He has advised important companies such as Ajinomoto del Perú S.A., Helicópteros del Sur, Empresa Minera Condestable, Empresa Minera Quiruvilca, San Miguel Industrias, Colegios Peruanos, Cineplex, Intralot; Military Police Pension Fund, Editora Peru, among others.

He is a lawyer from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He has a Diploma in Human Resources and Negotiation from the Universidad del Pacífico. He has completed specialization courses in Labor Law, Labor Procedure and Labor Inspection.
