The area is in charge of protecting our clients industrial property rights, and in particular, any  brands, trade names, slogans, patents, utility models, industrial designs, domain names, and trade secrets. Among others, this area focuses on the provision of the following services:

02. Consulting on issues related to industrial property in Colombia, the Andean Community, Latin America, the United States and Europe.

 

03. Search, use research and design of legal strategies to protect trademarks and patents in Colombia and in any country worldwide.

 

04. Legal follow-up and implementation of a roadmap for companies and advertising agencies in the process of brand creation and selection.

 

05. Preparation and filing of applications for the registration of trademarks, patents and renewals, as well as the registration of name, address or transfer changes, both in Colombia and abroad.
