The area of CONFLICT RESOLUTION provides our clients with specialized and comprehensive advice in the solution of all types of disputes. Our team of highly-qualified lawyers has extensive experience in the resolution of conflicts in courts, national and international arbitrations, administrative and insolvency procedures, as well as mediation and out-of-court conciliation. Some of our services in this practice area are:
01. Advising and representing our clients before national and international arbitral courts.
02. Preparation of arbitration agreements and arbitration clauses in accordance with the particular conditions of the business, analyzing their convenience and legality.
03. Advice and representation in civil, commercial, administrative, constitutional, competition and police proceedings, before the different public and judicial entities.
04. Representation in challenge proceedings and sanctions resulting from bids, competitions, and other selection procedures convened by the State.
05. Advice on conflicts vs. Public Administration entities arising from the execution of contracts with the State.
06. Advice and representation in insolvency proceedings, both as debtors and creditors.
07. Advising and representing our clients at any stage of conflict resolution, involving direct negotiation, either through mediation, extrajudicial conciliation or another alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
