Santiago Barragán Mosquera is in charge of providing legal advice on dispute resolution, infrastructure, contract and corporate law for both national and foreign companies.

He has more than three years of experience advising domestic and foreign companies in the resolution of disputes that may arise in multiple market industries, including risk management, the design of strategies in the pre-litigation phase or in the framework of an ongoing litigation. 

 

Santiago is a lawyer from Universidad del Rosario.  He has a Specialization in Contract Law from the same university, with a scholarship for his graduate studies. He is currently a candidate for a Master's Degree in Corporate Law at Universidad del Rosario.
