Sara Pineda Jaramillo advises clients in the preparation, review and structuring of all types of commercial contracts such as joint venture, sale, lease, loan, supply, among others.  She also provides support in the structuring of complex operations at the Commercial Law level.

She has worked advising clients both nationally and internationally in credit operations, structured financing, review of commercial operations, preparation and drafting of different types of commercial contracts.

Sara is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a major on International Commercial Law and International Arbitration and has a Specialization in Commercial Law from the same University. She completed the diploma in "Business Collaboration Contracts" at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.  She completed and was certified at the Seminar "Understanding Economic Regulation in the European Union", at Universidad de Comillas (Madrid), Universidad de Sevilla (Seville, Spain) and at the Corvinus University (Budapest, Hungary).
