Valentina Barbosa Díaz is in charge of the analysis and support of various civil, commercial and administrative matters to represent the interests of natural and legal clients before national and international authorities.

She has experience in preparing summary, consumer, insolvency proceedings and contractual and non-contractual liability claims for companies.

​

She participated as a researcher in the inter-institutional project "Mapping of popular work initiatives for socioeconomic reactivation in the Alto Fucha-Bogotá territory" carried out by Universidad Nacional de Colombia and Universidad del Rosario.

 

She has worked in drafting contracts, petition rights, script clearance reports and registrations before the National Directorate of Copyright for entertainment production companies.

 

She is a lawyer with a mention in psychology from Universidad del Rosario. Valentina is currently an undergraduate student in Psychology at Universidad Konrad Lorenz. She completed the DL-101 General Course on Intellectual Property of the World Intellectual Property Organization and attended the training in the social arbitration module of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
