Ygor Valderrama Reveggino is an associate at BBGS Abogados Peru.  He is a member of the Corporate Area, with nine years of experience and participation in advising companies on M&A transactions (including preparation of Due Diligence, NDAs, BO's, Escrow Contracts, Side Letter's, among others), capital market operations (issuance of debt and assets, takeover bids, IPOs, among others).  He has also participated in financing structuring projects and advising investment companies in investment funds.  He provides advice on consultations related to financial law, structuring of operations, investment vehicles, money laundering, among others, and on the review of commercial and civil contracts.

He has been part of the BBGS Abogados Peru team providing advice on financing operations and bond issuances of important companies and financial entities in Peru such as Miguel Industrias PET S.A., Colegios Peruanos S.A., Caja Arequipa and Grupo NGR.

He is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has a Specialization in Registry Law from the same University.  He was part of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Team that participated in the international arbitration MOOT, at the Carlos Tercero University of Madrid, in 2022.
